Admission and introduction to the stock exchange trading on the WSE Main List of series E bearer ordinary shares of the Company CCC S.A.

Legal basis: Article 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information

The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice ("Issuer"), hereby informs that on July 23, 2018 they received information regarding the resolution No. 787/2018 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA. ("Exchange Management Board") as of 20 July 2018, pursuant to which 4,000 (four thousand) ordinary series E bearer shares of the company CCC S.A., with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each, are admitted to trading.

By virtue of the above-mentioned resolution, the WSE Management Board decides to introduce, as of July 25, 2018, to the stock exchange trading on the main list 4,000 series E shares, provided that the KDPW /National Depository for Securities/ on that make the registration of these shares and mark them with the code "PLCCC0000016".

The resolution of the Stock Exchange Management Board came into force on the day of its adoption.

Legal basis:

§ 17 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance as of 29.03.2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issuer of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
