Conditional registration of series E shares in KDPW

The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice ("the Issuer"), in reference to the current report no. 31/2018 as of June 29, 2018, hereby announces that on July 20, 2018, KDPW /National Depository for Securities/ issued a statement on signing an agreement with the Issuer for registration of securities in the depository for securities and conditional registration of 4,000 (four thousand) ordinary series E bearer shares of the Company CCC S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each, issued as part of a conditional share capital increase pursuant to the Resolution No. 6/AGM/2012 of the Issuer's Extraordinary General Meeting as of December 19, 2012 as amended by the Resolution No.19/AGM/2015 of the Annual General Meeting of The Issuer as of June 24, 2015, and gave them the code PLCCC0000016.

The registration shall take place within 3 days of receiving by the KDPW a decision on the introduction of the above-mentioned shares to trading on the regulated market, for which other Issuer's shares were introduced marked by the above-mentioned ISIN code, however, not earlier than on the day indicated in this decision as the day of introducing these shares to trading on the regulated market.

§ 17 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance as of 29.03.2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issuer of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
