The introduction of the Company's bearer bonds of the series 1/2018 to the alternative trading system on the Catalyst

The Management Board of CCC S.A. with its registered office in Polkowice (The Issuer) hereby informs that on 10 September 2018 it received information on the adoption on 7 September 2018 by Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of the resolution No. 919/2018 on introducing to the alternative trading system on the Catalyst bearer bonds of the series 1/2018 of the Company CCC S.A.

According to the above resolution, the Management Board of WSE decides to introduce to the alternative trading system on the Catalyst 210,000 bearer bonds of the series 1/2018 with total nominal value of 210 million PLN and of a unit nominal value of 1,000 PLN.

Legal basis:

§ 17 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance as of 29.03.2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issuer of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
