The Management Board of CCC S.A. ("Company") in reference to the current report No. 30/2018 as of June 29, 2018 hereby announces that on July 17, 2018, the KDPW SA. issued a statement on the conclusion of the registration agreement with the Company and the registration itself as of July 20, 2018 in the securities depository of 210,000 (two hundred and ten thousand) series 1/2018 bearer bonds of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, issued on the basis of the Resolutions of the Company's Management Board No. 02/05/2014/Z as of May 13, 2014 and No. 01/06/2018/Z as of June 21, 2018 and assigned them the ISIN code PLCCC0000081.
