The Management Board of CCC S.A. hereby informs that on 31 January 2018, Mr. Marcin Pałażej submitted his resignation from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of CCC S.A. with effect as of 31 January 2018.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that it Mr. Marcin Pałażej will be entrusted other strategic tasks within Capital Group CCC S.A.
