Information on transactions on the shares of CCC S.A. obtained in the mode of art. 19 MAR

The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice (the "Issuer") hereby informs that on July 19, 2018, it received three notifications pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation on transactions in Issuer's shares carried out by persons performing managerial responsibilities:

1 / notification as of July 19, 2018 from Mr. Marcin Czyczerski - Vice President of the Issuer's Management Board on the acquisition by him on July 19, 2018, on the WSE regulated market, 5,100 ordinary bearer shares, at an average price of PLN 196.33 per share;

2 / notification as of July 19, 2018 from Mr. Mariusz Gnych - Vice President of the Issuer's Management Board on the acquisition by him on July 19, 2018 on the WSE regulated market of 5,112 ordinary bearer shares at an average price of PLN 195.01 per share;

3 / notification as of July 19, 2018 from Mr. Karol Półtorak - Vice President of the Issuer's Management Board on the acquisition by him on July 19, 2018, on the WSE regulated market, 5,500 ordinary bearer shares, at an average price of PLN 191.96 per share;
